Stress can easily lead to weight gain.
When we feel stress in our everyday lives from work, school, home, our bodies secretes a hormone called Cortisol. Cortisol plays a key role in the adaption stress and has a direct affect on blood glucose and fatty acids. It also has anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects which means if you have an excess of cortisol (caused by an excess of stress) you can become very sick. 
Glucose is also known as a glucocorticoid which means it plays a role in glucose balance. If we have an excess of cortisol in our bodies, our blood glucose increases and our bodies facilitate lipolysis (a break down of fats). Long story short, excess cortisol in our bodies causes us to crave glucose, which is ultimately sugar, and store fat in our bodies. 
Exercise is a great way to decrease stress, maintain body composition, and help live a healthy lifestyle!

and by the way,

I’m 135. 

I’ve gone from 165 to 135, and that’s with about 4 months of not working out, eating what I want, but not being crazy. Go me!

Time to start my jars and my new goals, I want to be 110. We can do thissssss.

Finally got my scale in…

And I’m down a couple of pounds since not keeping track and dieting!

Thank god I haven’t gained weight..really happy that I haven’t.

But now, it’s time to lose it all.

So, I’m ordering a scale tonight..

Hopefully I haven’t gained any weight these past couple of months. I’m the kind of person that really won’t realize it until Suddenly BAM I weigh 20 pounds more. Which isn’t true, I fit into my smaller jeans, so I shouldn’t worry too much.

Hopefully I’m below my last weigh in, which was MONTHS ago….

Fingers crossed for me?

p.s. I’m going to be doing the jars exercise, which is 2 jars, put in the amount of marbles or whatever of pounds you want to lose, and when you lose them, you put them in the lost jar. It will just make me push harder I think. (:
